Hi all,

I have a question about painting USAEUR M1 Abrams tanks.
I know that the early produced M1 tanks were painted in 4-color MERDC and the first USAEUR M1´s in Forrest green (FS 34079).
But in the late 80´s were M1´s used in Germany (for ex. 3I, 1I, 2nd Armor....) painted in the 3-color NATO Camouflage paint?
I have no pictures and found nothing in the internet.

I also saw M1´s only painted in FS 34079 Forrest green but in the Verlinden book about the M1/M1A1 there is a picture of a M1 painted in 3-color NATO paint but I think this shows a state-side vehicle not a USAEUR
.
So I have to paint my M1 in monotone green.
