Nice. I like it.
One thing I would do now before going forward is to fill the gap just to the left of the complete window.
I would personally like to see some type of architectrual detail above the door. That space looks a bit empty.
Very nice overall though - my points are pretty minor.

nice diobase... do you think to cover the join part of 2 blocks with a rain pipe or filling it with some plaster of paris?

It s make of plaster, now i testing water color, and i pratice on small dio. Yes i will cover-hide 2 part of blocks with a rain pipe, above the door i could place teracce now it s to late, maybe i put wall lamp in middle.
what colors / revell, model master, humbrol-only them i cant find in my hobby shop/ for brick and concrete are you suggestion.

make of plaster /gyps/ molten in to mold, that i make off carton. And paint by water colors.

Nice job on the overall painting. I would focus the brown stains on the bricks to the bricks, don't make the spots so round. The colors are fine, I would add a bit of dark brown to a bit of water and wash the mortar to dull that down a bit.
If you can get pastels I would add a light coat of a dusty light brown/tan color to tone it down.
