I forgot to add too my other post I find that when spraying continously even just thinner after about 10-15 eec the spray stops than continues. I have an aztek 470 using 30 psi's.

What kind of compressor or air-source are you using?
30psi sounds a bit too high.

Don't know about your AB in particular, but clean it.
As to 30 lbs of pressure?.....put politely, turn it down to about half that.
