Nice easy question for someone. I'm using a CCKW353 in a conversion at the moment, and before I paint the floor of the rear bed I need to know whether these were made of wood with metal stringers or were all steel. This will obviously make a difference to the finishing, scuffs etc.

Both were used Dave but I think the Heller kit depict wood with metal joint covers.

most of the metal decks were welded smooth ones fo #7 wreckersets etc to mount on.
