Do they have site for 1/35 (armor/helicopter) or 1/48 (aircraft/helicopters)? I don't really model in 1/72 (too small and simplistic; as compared to 1/48 or 1/35)

He's obviously never seen the photo etched parts I've worked with in 1/72 scale. I think www.72scale.com is a site dedicated to 1/72 scale, hence no 1/35 or 1/48 scale content.Do they have site for 1/35 (armor/helicopter) or 1/48 (aircraft/helicopters)? I don't really model in 1/72 (too small and simplistic; as compared to 1/48 or 1/35)

Simplistic? Probably not the most welcome thing to say on the Braille scale forum....
Plus it's not really true at all. Just look at both the current state of the art kits and the range of highly detailed aftermarket accessories. Along with this it also depends on the skill ofthe modeller.

Hey McBain, welcome to the site! Yes, that is the real truth, looking at the level of sophistication which is appearing in braille-scale nowadays. Also Braille-Scale with 1/35th prices as the latest news to come out of Japan is anything to go by...
Hope to see more of your input (and especially opinions! ) ...Jim

I love 1/72 scale models, beacuse they are small and cheap. Im 14, so I dont have a lot of money.

Welcome Siegmund! We really need more people interested in Braille-Scale here, if you haven't done it already, take a look at the LINKS PAGE for Small-Scale, we are gradually building it up although at the moment, we have some nice sites linked in. It can be seen

Some of us like the small size because we don't have a lot of space. :-)
Fortunately, with the really good kits we've been seeing lately from places like PST and Revell, you don't need a lot of money to make a good kit. Even though there are plenty of accessory sets out there, most of the kits build up really nice just out of the box. I've done the T-80 and the Leopard 1A4, and I have a Cromwell Mk. IV and PzKpfw III at various stages of work on my desk.
Welcome to the site!
Randy
