When I hit the "Latest Posts" option, what time frame am I getting?

im pretty sure the page updated every 5 minutes, although if you refresh your browser pretty regularly it tends to bring up new posts every minute or two

For registered users it's up to the second. For anyone not logged in it's a cached page sometime in the last 5 minutes.
