This is AFV Club not the Academy one. I've been waiting on the Academy one myself.

I'm thinking that with the quality of AFV Club, that it will give Academy a run for their money as well as give us something else to look forward to..........

Great news, first two different modern M41s now two different modern M3s. Tamiya is getting left in the dirt. Their re-hash of old kits is even driving down the eBay prices for their "collectable" kits.

With the new Stuarts coming out, now maybe I can do the Stuart I alwys wanted to do: The Haunted Tank
from the old DC Comics G.I. Combat comicbook As far as the M-41's, I personally hope that
one of the aftermarket companies issues an update/conversion set for the M-41, especially if it will convert
an M-41 to the updated "refit" version that the Danish used in the '80's and early '90s

Don't forget to upgun the Stuart to like a 90mm always seems like they could put a world of hurt on the Germans with that thing.

That was my absolute favorite comic book of all times! In fact, I still have a few issues in storage! That brings back the memories.......

The M3A3 is what I'm waiting for. They were widely used as recce vehicles by the Canadian Army in Italy and the ETO, with and without turrets. As to a 90mm Stuart, it reminds me of a picture entitled,"Stuart hit by an 88mm", the poor thing has been knocked on its side. A great tank in the recce role but not meant to take that sort of treatment....This is my first post, I've been enjoying reading your comments, thanks for sharingyour thoughts. JOCK

Welcome aboard Jock.
Alot of people here are looking forward to the Academy version, so I figured that they'd also be interested in one from AFV Club.
