Just to let you know, asking the exact same question across multiple forums is considered bad netiquette.
You can always order the old fashioned way and mail in a check or money order. Some online web stores have the ability to print out your order so you can mail it in with a check, money order or cashier's check.

Hi Joe
Don't you need a credit card to set up a PayPal account? Very neat if you don't.
Cheers

aint paypal required credit card??
if u want to buy online w/o a credit card then u could use the tradiotional way i.e money order...
and u also could try western union money transfer...
international money order can be used ....
for me, u would prefer to use bank draft..it's far more convinient and fast....

maybe a friend or family member would help. Pay using their card and then when their card is charged, pay them the cash.

You can set PayPal up to withdraw money directly from a savings or checking account. Every once in a while you will see someone on eBay accept PayPal but not if it is from a credit card.
