Hi everyone, Thought I would show you all the last detail for my eastern european dio. I had waited it seems forever (since march) for a verlinden farmcart, then after it came in and was shipped it got lost in the mail Well I took some wheels from a field kitchen and scratched the rest. Tell me what you think. All comments are welcome. Sorry only one pic at this time but thats all I had space for.
I still have some rusting to do on the chains but other than that and a little dust I think its finished. Cheers Kevin

Kevin
Who needs the big "V" when you can scatch like that That cart looks great. I really like the hinges on the building. Even the ground work came out real well. Good job.

Thanks for all the comments guys, I really appreciate them. I have been looking at this dio for so long it kinda gets hard to see what I need to do to make it better but all along having everyones insite here on armorama have helped tremendously. I know that I couldnt do the work that I am doing now if it hadnt been for the help and guidance from the people here. Thanks again. RIMA, with the cart I used the axle and wheelsand the mounting plate for the solid axle which I cut down. I then took bass wood square stock and rounded and tapered it as I had seen on the reference photos and thats what I used for the rails. I then just started building up with balsa. first the floor, then the sides and seat. I hope this helps you. cheers Kevin
