Looks to me like a 1959 M35 2and1/2 ton truck....

M35 A2 series trucks. Look at the smoke coming out of the exhaust stack and the external air breather cover.

It's the ubiquitous jeepney. Based on WW2 surplus jeeps. Current models have Mitsubishi or Isuzu diesels. Can carry from 10-20 passengers. Runs at breakneck speeds. No safety features whatsoever. At least they have brakes. Sometimes.
