Yesterday the woman asked me to twist open a bottle of nail varnish which was stuck. My male ego suffered a bit after noticing that it was an impossible task. However when trying to see if the stuff was still liquid or dried up I noticed a small ball bearing moving in the bottle.
I was told that every nail varnish bottle has one. This means an endless and free supply for suitable shaking bearings for my Vallejo and other paints! The wonders of recycling...

I remember reading about that but also remember something about the BBs rusting or otherwise giving color. The ones we use here also have a conical shape and I feel they are a bit too big for a little paint bottle. That's why I thought I'd share this discovery with others as it seems that those little balls are made for the purpose.

Stainless steal bearings would be the best, but hard to find, but the BB's now I'd stay away from the cheaper ones or you will get rust, I got some crossman and some Daisy, but I stay away from the Daisy, cause they even look cheaper, not near as clean, or shiny.
Now I'm not sure but I think they might sell premium BB's at the sports stores anymore, with the Crossman BB gun having as more power then a .22, they just might sell a better grade of BB for target shooting, meaning you just might get stainless, who knows with the advancement of things today.
Now I haven't been to one, but it might be worth the trip, especially if you want to find stainless.
