Italeri is the only one who made it. You may be able to get one on Ebay, they are there quite often.

You can still find the Paladin kit which is an upgaded M109 at most on line hobby sites. I checked out ebay and there was the older kit there with all the fixin's. Guy selling it included an aluminum barrel, interior set, couple of PE's, and ammo sets. He was asking close to $50 US for it, sounds like quite a bargain.

This thread has a run down of the various M109 kits. A couple of the Italeri kits would fit your bill perfectly, but they may be out of production. The Paladin and Revell of Germany's M109A3 are the most recent variants that may be still on the shelves.
If searching for the Testors boxed M109A2, it is kit #779. I got mine relatively cheaply off of eBay.

Italeri is still producing their M109 Paladin, I just bought one, it looks like a very good kit
