I had a bit of fun making this the other night. It has our existing staff but also some long-range aspirations for having a bit of "middle-management". I realized the other day that one of the reasons I am getting so little done, is that I am having to spend a lot of my time working with so many staff members. On one hand I think it's great that so many people want to help out with the site and lend a hand (and it's VERY MUCH appriciated). However it doesn't take a math wiz to figure out (or a business major) that when you have too many people who go directly to you with their requests and issues, that you can't get it all done. Case in point...

1. Very late publishing AGE contest results.
2. Haven't finished Reviews/books modifications (but I am going to tonight dammit!).
3. Need to bring on new staff members and send orientation emails and the like.
4. Need to write up some "how to" documents for the staff on various issues.
5. Need to catch up on campaigns awards and get that whole section fixed-up.
6. Set up a monthly contest for the Russian site.
7. Add content
8. Add content
9. Add content... etc etc

So without further adieu...

The Armorama Org Chart You will need to hover and click the image enlargment icon to see it at full size (more than likely)

And my apologies to the Moderators for their role "seeming" to be downplayed. It's more a case of there are so many of you that it would have been impossible to put it on the page.

Cheers,
Jim

seriously I like being assistant photo editor but if there is more you want me to do Jim, even in the role of editing, I would be willing to learn the role and do it.

and please the old saying that you cannot teach an old Dog (read Roo) new tricks is totally right...ER I mean wrong :-) :-)

jim,

i think this may clear up a lot of the confusion about who does what, so in turn people with a problem or query can find the right person much quicker!

cheers

I did not even know I had assistants in the Photo Editor section :-)
Now since I have my last weeks at school and further nothing improtant going on I finally can get working on moving the old gallery to the new one and do some long planned reorganisations In the new Gallery.

Hi Jim

A "family tree" is a neat way of seeing how the Big-A is structured.

Well, I have a couple of comments/questions:
1. WOW! That is very neat and crystal clear!
2. There's stuff on there I had no idea about!
3. Holy Moly, there's a lot of Jims on the "Big A"!
4. What's this "Community Advocate", and what would he/she do? (Wink, wink! )
Thanks for your time and the org chart.
