When I go to the forums page I hit the Latest Post so that I can see the new posts since my last visit. Lately it seems that every post on the Latest Post page is flagged as new even though I know some of those posts are not new.
Was there a change or am I messed up?

Sounds like you may have a corrupted cookie. Try:
www.armorama.com/kill_cookie.php
Initially you will not have any flags after that but check back after 15 mins or so and you should see only the new topics since your last visit.
