bullet water spouts

anyone have any ideas on how to create bullet water spouts for a beach landing diorama?

Place a small drop of epoxy-resin glue where the spout is to be, and when almost dry lift it upwards with the point of a knife so that it remains in a point sticking up from the base.

Easier yet....
Clips several short sections of CLEAR SPRUE (such as found in cockpit sections of airplane kits). Then place them into your resin water once it has thickend up enought to hold the sprue shards. Once everything sets, then come back and place several layers of ENVIROTEX EZ-POUR (available online or at any arts and crafts store)... as you add consecutive layers, you will be able to transform the clear sprue into irregular "water spouts"... then paint, and away you go!
