Nice work this is coming along really well.
Couple of things I'll offer to you. The next time you do decals make sure you have a nice coat of gloss finish and try to remove as much excess decal film. The emblem on the right side of the Pnz is silvering a bit. You can tone it down with a bit of weathering. Another thing you can do it to poke the excess with a pin and dab on some decal solvent to try to get it to settle down a bit.
As you continue working on the diorama I would add some small brickes and 'stuff' to the road surface too. It's a bit clean right now.
Keep us posted.

I forgot to add, make sure to weather the tank with a wash and some dust. Maybe use the same dust on the ruins and the tank to blend it all together?
Looking forward to the end result...

I realize you said this is "in the works", but I would suggest that as yoj move forward, you "bloody up" that pristine tank... looks like it just rolled off the factory floor!
Nice job by the way on the tank. The best way I have found to clean up "silvering" decals is to steam them a bit to soften them up, and then try to paint some Microsolve over and around the edges. This tends to work well, and while it takes a few minutes per decal, it will give you the look you need. Then come back with pastel dust and your dark washes to finish off the job.
Look forward to seeing the finished work!
