Ken - I've been doing professional dios since the mid-90's... private collectors, the DDay museum in New Orleans, and others. I do 1:48th and up - nothing any smaller. Areas of concentration are WWI & II, Civil War, and Ancients. Some Napoleanics... do not do Sci-Fi, Nudes, or other non-military, such as autos or commercial airlines.
I work from photos, drawings, and verbal descriptions, and always provide a scale technical drawing free of charge to serious inquiery.
What do you have in mind.

Ken, I have been doing commission work for 3-4 years in scale modeing and 20+ years in figures/Vigenettes and sculpting. From photos, diaries, ideas, memories or my own concepts.
My first commissioned piece...(done from a tintype of a friend of mine's great-great grandfather, who served inthe 10 Cavalry, Buffalo soldiers)
and the latest commissioned piece, finshed last week

thanks!
John

Thanks to all who replied.
Just to let you know, this is not for me, but for a friend. He's looking for something from WWII.
I PMed him about this thread, so I'm sure he'll respond in kind.
Thanks

I have done commission work off and on since 1992. I can/ will build just about anything. Let me know what needs done and we can go from there. Thanks "Q"
I have a couple pics of my work in my gallery. Unfortunately a lot of my work was destroyed while in Iraq. However, I can get some pics together if your friend is interested in seeing my work.

Phantom- If I had the cash, I'd commision you to do a dio based on your "Welcome Home, Honey..." :-)8
:-) (++)
Of course, I'm not sure how I'd slip it past SWMBO...
(You're better than you think!)
