Not sure whats available John, but have you tried to scratch any of these items? It should be possible to scale-up from 1/35. Maybe not the answer you were looking for, but dio accessory items in 1/16 are quite rare!

I know it's gonna be difficult Frank, but hey...a man can try.... I know there's a German manufacturor who sels the stuff, but when I order for 10 Euro, I have to pay 16,50 euro shipment costs to Holland.... and that's simply too much for me!!
So I'm looking a bit further!

Thanks for your answer, John.

John,
I've got a 1/16 T34 coming from my LHS so I've been looking also. Squadron has some Aber stuff and a few figures, but nothing Russian.
BTW 1/16 = 120mm so checking figuer accessories yealds some diorama bits, ruins, lamp post.
I just started searching and if I find anything useful I'll post it here.

sHOVELS, AXES, BITS , buckets , tarps, allthese stuff can be made in scratch Johhnyy , with some lead or aluminium foil, some rod and plastic sheet styrene. Better try them at home. Its dangerous out there. I bet for 26,5 euros u can make 200 shovels at 1/16..
i l be happy to help rescaling dimensions and try to sketch them out
