I am finding that the type brush can make a difference in the way paint flow from the brush.... I am no expert on what brisels are made from, just that one brush I have, with the brand name rubbed off, allows the paint to flow from it like a brand new marker on paper.
Other type of brushes I have look like I am using a mop to paint with.
What type of brissiles do you use, and who is the maker of said brushes?

The ol' you get what you pay for holds true for me on this topic. With that said, maybe go by price... the more expensive ones are usually the better brushes...but maybe I've had too many paint fumes, and I'm stating the obvious...

Paint brushes really do make a difference, so always get the best you can afford. I buy mine from an art shop, not from the model dealer. Winsor & Newton are good brushes, and always Kolinsky sable for anything smaller than a size 3, above that and type of sable. The only use for stiffer brushes is for drybrushing.

yes, i too agree 'you get what you pay for' and buying the most expensive/ most you can afford isnt a bad idea, the most expensive brush i've bought is $8.00 (U.S.) but i know there is more expensive brushes out there
