The best source that I have seen for 1/35th scale animals is probably Preiser. To get the full range, the best place are the model railroad stores, here are some links:

Micro Macro Mundo

Reynaulds

Preiser Co.Uk

Oh yes, Preiser do some impressive pigs as well. And for the really esoteric diorama - Mooses!!!!

On the same thread, I need a mule or two for a special dio. I know one of the remaining 100 survivors of Merrill's Maurauders. As you might know 3000 went in and 300 came out at "Mitch".
He was a Missouri mule-skinner and wrote a book about it, including the fact that talking to his mule "Jule" before it fell off a cliff (like so many other mules did as well as some G.I.'s) kept him sane. In his honor, I want to make a "Merrill's Mule-Skinners" dio and need a few mules. Thanks in advance.

The livestock kit is OK. Nothing special, but good value compared to the few buck you pay for it.

I have the kit and I must say it offers nice little extras for dioramas. My opinion : Just buy it.

I'm with Danny. Pretty good little kit for the money. IIRC this kit has a habit of going in and out of production so pick up a couple while you can... You never know when you are gonna need a chicken.
