I know that Polly Scale makes a product called " Polly Scale Easy Lift Off Paint Remover" for removing paints and decals. I have not heard of any reviews of this product.

I use Easy-Off oven cleaner and a stiff brush..Make sure you do this outside and wear gloves and mask
