What kind of ranks is Stormbinger using? It looks like the British Airborne above the chevrons. Is that the Brit version of the AGuard logo?

As far as I know I'm just using the british non commmisioned ranks as added by our lord and master Mr Staff Jim (sir).I believe he added some insignia somehow to even up the ranks???? There is a thread somewhere about it and here it is
