What do you think of the colour of this T34/76.its my first russian armor,and whats the best way to weather it ,please give me some advice .thanking you very much

Yes thats a fine shade.In Russia,the color's shade could vary depending how well the paint was made.Weathering and dust effects will make that color there look just fine,check my gallery for pictures of my T-34/76 Mod 1940 which I have just completed.
