The only external change to the M2 to make it an M6 Linebacker is the Stinger box in place of the TOW box. The box is slightly different from the box on the Avenger. It is more heavily armored and looks more stout. Here is a link to a close up of a Linebacker:

What I wonder for the Linebacker is if the attach device for the stinger pod is the same that for the tow one ( I would be great if someone provide a close-up pix of this). Also, I think that turrret sight (vision block) might change fom the scout variant.

For the M3A3, I would be interested in a close-up picture of the fixing of the camera on the turret.
