I am building the old Tamiya Pzkpfw IVD in an Afrika Korps scheme, and was wondering if I could realistically use the Panzer III/IV 40cm track set from DML on this vehicle? I have found nothing to say "no" but nothing supports this in the affirmative, either.

Hi,
According to Achtung Panzer Panzerkampfwagen IV only ausf. F forward had the 40 cm wide tracks, those before had 36 cm tracks.

Correct their Tuga. And Tamiya used the wrong ones.
