I am looking for a simple way to make,and or buy, main gun shell casings
ranging in size from 76 to 120 mm. i tried sprue,but couln't get the look i wanted

What i do is use old .22 shells i have lying around. They work great

Try a company called Armor Research. They produce white metal casting of different shells and shell casings. I have some of their 90mm rounds and they are very nice and were around $5 for 20 shells back in 1999. 22cal looks more like 105 howitzer propellant casings than main gun round casing.
