Hi ave
Have you tried here?
tiger-tank.com
If memory serves me correctly there is a certain amount of the history of Tiger 131 on there.

Ave
I've just had a quick look on there and it seems that the bit on the history of 131 starts here
journal
Other than that I can't find anything else.

What information do you want? Tiger 131 may well be the single most documented Tiger I that exists.
It was captured by the British in North Africa and returned to England for testing and evaluation. It was inspected by Prime Minister Churchill and the Queen herself! It was an early model Tiger, same basic configuration as the Tamiya 1/16 scale model, or Tamiya kit 35216.
It was painted in RAL Braun with Olive green camoflauge.
Does this help?

The only difference I can find between 131 and the 1/16 kit are the armored fittings for the headlights. Tamiya's kit provides the later(and easier to produce) conical fittings. It appears I, too, am reduced to depicting 131 as I can't find any other photograhic reference which is not to say other photos are not available...

Cody,
Well then, I have to ask the big question, if you are going to model 131, then how will you paint it? (I think Tamiya calls for all over Dunkelgelb?) ;(
A) In the "Troppen" Scheme as denoted in "official" German factory documents. (Braun/Grey Camo)
B) All over RAL Braun
C) Braun/Olive green camo like the tank is painted now.
Just curious, as Tom Jentz was a part of the Bovington paint resto, I am leaning that way for mine.
BTW, Cody if you don't have them, you need to pick up "Tigers at the Front" by Tom Jentz and Tiger 1 on the Western Front" by Restayn. What pics are you looking for?

I think you should search instead for information on the 501, and maybe you can find something about it

Scott,
He'll be overall RAL Braun prior to camoflaging and being knocked-out. I prefer solid colors as well. - makes it easier to perceive the form and appreciate(see) the fiddly bits.
