I'm back with another weird request :
I'd like to find a close-up picture of part #15, 16, 20 or 21 of Eduard PE set designed for Tamiya Leopard 2A5 kit (set #35340). It's the "mesh" for the bustle racks. I may need these parts for a scratchbuilding project but I'd like to see them before ordering the whole set !
Any Leo fan out there
TIA

I bought a Tamiya set that just includes the mesh for the bustle racks. It is marketed for the Leo 2A5 and 2A6 and is fairly cheap.

Thanks for the tip Rob, I've just checked this on HLJ website but the pic is not clear enough (but the price is OK !). In fact I'm looking for a "drilled plate" rather than a mesh. According to a Leopard-related article I've just read, it should be the case with the Leo bustle racks ? Could you please confirm this Rob? I need drilled plates for an OIF engineer M113....

Frenchy,
I suggest you visit Jadar website. Once you are there select language (small UK flag on the right) and then put "net" in the "Quick Find" field on the left. You will see a list of photoetched Aber mesh and drilled plate products. You should find what you need there.
Jadar offer 10% discount now, so it is a good time to order from them.

Hi Pawel
Thanks for the input. I'm already a regular customer of Jadar-Model, mostly for their stuff from Eduard. I have bought Aber drilled plate #S17 which is a close match to what I'm looking for but I'd like to find something "closer" and the Tamiya set seems to be the way to go...
BTW : do you still find time to build kits, considering the number of articles you have submited recently ?

Yeah, I do. But at the moment I got stuck a bit with my current project. I have enough photos of Bundeswehr 105mm Feldhaubitze to know that Revell model is inaccurate, but not enough to correct it
By the way, I can scan Eduard Leo 2A5 PE meshes for you later today.
