How to highlight forum names?

I was wondering, how do you highlight the forum name in orange like you do when posting for new reviews or photos? Thanks in advance.

Paul,
Go to the Admin menu area (see link at left). Then look for the "What's New" link. Posting a new review, feature, or news story (and several other options) will do the highlighted text and automatically post the item in both the forum and the What's New page.
