I bought the Tamiya Sdkfz. 222, and I was wondering, are there any other photo etched parts besides the ones provided? Also, are there any good sites about it? Thanks for your time.

Photo etch or PE for sort is thin metal which can be used to replace un true or over scale kit parts such as ammo boxes ect you can also get them to fit over tiger and panther grills and make working tool clasps ect the metal parts in the pics above are PE

Eduard do/did a more comprehensive set than Tamiya supply, #35115. As for reference sites, here are a few.

UPDATE it seems Eduard have changed/updated the set. The new number is 35548

I bought the older issue SdKfz 222 (without the kit included PE and barrel) and bought the new Eduard PE set and Jordi Rubio barrel. It's coming along nicely. I do have the ancient Airwaves SdKfz 222 PE set as well, but will most likely not use it since the new Eduard set is more comprehensive.

An under statement. The 222 costs about 250 sek here in Sweden. The royal models interior and exterior cost about 450 sek each. They do look nice though, but way too much money. The eduard set should be perfect. Tamiya also have their own seperate PE set for it!

MEBM,
I recently finished one of the newer Tamiya kits, the one with the PE and the barrel. You can check out a couple of pictures in my gallery here. I would post them but I am HTML challenged.
Best regards,

Here you go!
Good job on it! (Oh, here's a tip: Go to your gallery, double-click on the picture, so it's large. Then, right-click, go to properties, highlight and copy the html. Example:https://gallery.kitmaker.net/data/500/2282pic_3.jpg
Then, go back to your post, click "[img]", then paste. That should do it. Hope this helps. ) Thanks for your time and replies.
