So the oils finally worked out for me. It´s been three days since I painted the figures and now they´re touch dry. I used Daler-Rowney´s Georgian oils. The guys will get suspenders and id plates on them and a matt finish.

Danny, the tent is the model. I took a shot outside with my neighbor´s cypresses in the background. No Photoshop, this pic is the real thing. Just wanted to post this as a teaser, imagine the set completed with men and their equipment...

The camo is finally on! It gave me a try or two to end up in these colours. Actually the colours vary a lot in the field but I decided to go for uniform uniforms with these guys. The dark tones are enamels and the lightest spots acrylic. I will have to put some pstels on but it´s getting there! I tried to think of a way to write his name in the id plate but ran out of ideas.. #:-) #:-) #:-) #:-) #:-) #:-)
