M110A2 color question ?

I am building Italeri's 1/35 M110A2 203mm SP gun. My question is, the instructions call for Model masters enamel military brown. My local hobby shop does not have that color. I did find some Humbrol kaki brown matt #159, Would this be a close match?
Or is there another paint that would work?

According to a cross reference chart I have, Humbrol 186 Matt Brown is a near color.
