How to make the sea in 1/35?

Hi guys, I've searched the forum for some topics about creating the sea, but i only found articles about making it in different scales. Because i'm making a D-Day diorama i need to make the waves and that kind of stuff but in scale 1/35. Does anyone know how to do this or is there a site about it?

celuclay works great, you can shape it the way you like and when dry seal it.
