Apparently the only surviving example of the Mk.I ARV is located here, specifically down in Victoria at the RAAC muesuem at Puckapunyal. There is one article on this specific beast, titled An ANZAC ARV over at Anzac Steel. It has 13 photos and a fair bit of text, all whcih may help.
