Shot this up in Houghton, Mich on tuesday morning. Couldn't find any markings. Maybe one day we'll see a kit if this come "rolling" along....

Looks like the dump truck version. I haven't seen this one in person yet. My guys do not like the entire FMTV line though.

The truck was cheaply made. The 2½ ton ones we use for maintenance instruction already have steering parts that have gone bad, items like the door handles have broken off on one truck, and the cab doesn't sit right on one of them.

While I admit that the trucks we use go through more maintenance procedures than normal trucks in use, many routine items break that shouldn't.

Not on my list of favorite US trucks . A bit too Euro looking .
If someone could identify the trailer M # I'll put those pics up .
Are there any of the Euro type trucks , Mann , Faun , Volvo , that have anything in common with chassis of this S&S truck ?
