My Aztek 470 quit (maybe it's tired) this weekend. Today I called Testors and left voice mail to no avail.
Also I filled out the form on thier website.
Has anyone here ever returned an Aztek airbrush? If so, how did you contact them and how long did it take to get it back?
Thanks
Chuck

Darn,
That dosen't sound good.
Are you having an airbrush problem? Mine is 4 trouble-free years old, but it's not working now.

Chuck, my brother John or better known as PvtParts, returned his Aztec 470 with no problems. I do think it took a little longer than he had hoped though.
He should be along in this thread soon to perhaps be of more help than I.

I had never had to deal with a broken airbrush, but I had to get a hold of them for missing instructions in a kit (which I bought cheap on Ebay :-) ), and another kit that had a broken part.
And although it took them a little while to first respond to my initial request....once they did, they had the ball rolling fairly quickly.
I did try and contact them about a donation for our local show to which they never responded....so I guess you can take all of that with a grain of salt.
Anytime I needed a part of instructions....they were there to help...even though I never paid retail for either kit....but they didn't know that...lol

Hey Chuck, Yes I did return mine and got a new one, took about 6 weeks due to a new production run. I found their number on their web site. I'll see if I can dig it up for you.
Believe this is the # 800-962-6654

Thanks John,
That was the correct number. I just called and left a 2nd message. I picked up an A320 at the LHS today.
If Testors fixes my 470 I'll have a backup. Got my stubby little fingers crossed.

I broke my Aztek out of warranty and returned it.. Testors replaced it for free.. It seems like it took about 4 weeks turnaround..
If I recall, you have to print out a form on their website, fill it out and mail them the form and your old airbrush..
