Guys,
Is there any special technique for getting snow to stick to a diorama?

I'm using Woodland Scenics Soft Flake Snow, and I've tried misting a white glue/water mixture and a Krylon acrylic spray, but both cause the snow to clump and ball up.

Any suggestions??

I'm not familiar with the stuff you're using, but I've ha good results by brushing on the white glue/water, applying baking soda through a sifter, then overspraying with old style sticky hair spray. I've also seen threads where other people use Sweet & Low instead of baking soda.

On this dio, I used spray adhisive to affix the snow down. i had the same trouble you are having with white glue too. after i sprayed the adhisive, I went back and sparyed clear flat to dull everything down again.

Practice spraying the adhisive first with the snow on something scrap. When I first shot it on the dio, it scared the living daylights out of me. I thought i had ruined it or something. It will look kinda weird at first.
