I need some help to confirm the ID of this gun. I believe it is an M101, but know nothing more. I have a whole roll of pics of this I can post once I know (and if anyone needs them).
M101(?) #1
M101(?) #2
Also, does anyone know of a kit of this gun?
Thanks.

I know very little about towed howitzers, except that I own four of them. That does look like the Italeri M101 105mm howitzer (#319). The same basic gun that comes with the M-7 Priest too. I have the M102 105mm gun at work and the AFV Club kit, that is not the same gun.

Yup. Dat be the M101 one-oh-five...with the NATO tri-color paint scheme!
Italeri's kit is very detailed and make a nice kit. I have some detailed shots of one out in front of the French Army Museum in Paris with a 1944 manufacture date. Oh to hear the tales that gun could tell...
