can anyone help me with painting tamiya's modern equipment, such as alice ruck sacks and duffel bags please. no matter what i do it's all wrong. thanks joe.

If you are talking about this set;
The bags are all basically a medium to dark green in color. Next give them a light wash with dark brown or black. Lastly, drybrush with a lighter green and then a sandy color to make them look worn and faded. Also, as shown on the boxart, the sleeping bag in the stuff sack should be black and the bedroll should be a medium green color.
You could also do the Alice ruck sacks in woodland camo as well. The newer rucks are camo and some places are now issuing them instead of the green rucks. Hope that helps.

well, with the standard equipment the troops are using in iraq. tamiya put out a new kit, i'm sure you know the kit, and i was wondering what colors i should paint them with. again thanks, joe
