I'll tell you what, Tread,
I READ EVERYTHING! I soak in every idea, tip, technique, in so many areas pertaining to modeling. Kit-building, gluing, painting, detailing and displaying.
90% of this information I get from being at Armorama!
From asking and receiving questions and answers from ALL of the members I have come in contact with here and a bunch where I had no contact with short of reading their posts concerning whatever, I have learned so much in such a short time. I have only been here since February. The honor is all mine when it comes to sharing here.
I'll stop before I mist up
Now, as to where I think it should go Campaign-wise.
I was under the impression that I could enter it in multiple campaigns. I could be mistaken. If I were to choose where it were to go, with just one destination, it would certainly have to be T2K04. I love the idea of a post modern "what if?" vehicle and T2K04 is just that! Move It! is a logical choice due to it's a softskin, wheeled vehicle. Not much more to say there, I think that's the only real choices.

Deployment ideas consist of this:
The HRCT would be like the Aircraft Carrier of a battle group, consisting of it and support vehicles.

It would be deployed under orders for reconnisance and foreward communication missions. Maybe a foreward-fire control unit

Support vehicles would consist of one or two small, fast guntrucks ( like the 4x4 guntruck I'm scratching),
A couple of enduro-type motorcycles, and approx. 15 Recon trained soldiers.

Most likely it would "camp on the move" being very fast and very mobile in it's set-up and break-down time.

Is that anything close to what you were asking for? I can better elaborate the functions of the HRCT once I've ironed out what is possible in 1/35th scale.

Smile guys, I edited this post for time alotted! :-)

I just have to add some stuff here...

I didn't mention the one thing I've gained the most of.

Confidence in my abilities!
No-one I really have hung out with has ever commented on my modeling ability, no-one really followed the hobby, from friends to family. I never joined a modeling club and only really discussed modeling with my LHS owner.
Being a member of Armorama, seeing all of your talent and skill splashed across this website, and then hearing the likes of Animal, Guntruck, Treadhead, Matt, MrRoo, and frankly, all of you here at Armorama, say my modeling is ,as I interpret, "at par or above", absolutely floors me! I never knew how I was doing, I just did what I liked and compared it ( myself being my own worst critic) to models I saw in FSM and Model Railroader. My girlfriend uses the dreaded word we all hear when we think we surpass ourselves: Cute!

This is real feedback here at Armorama, with suggestions and real criticism that helps and doesn't confuse or insult!
And I hated the Internet!
That's gone too. Today is the Six Month Anniversary of my joining Armorama and I LOVE IT !
You all are great!
I am happy and (hopefully) still humble,
Cuhail

I have started the framework and building the walls, and here is the picture to prove it!

Can you tell I'm a carpenter? The floor and walls are next so look for them Tuesday or so. Just a hint, I used aluminum flashing for the interior floor, walls and ceiling. You'll see
As for this part, there are more pictures in my gallery of the process, but, I was thinking of doing an article when it's done along with in-progress pictures, so I'm giving the last photo to the post.
