Help! I just bought a verlinden Engine Kit for the Panzer III L and I need to find some photos for reference. Any will do Color even better. This is my first attempt at an engine and I don't do much German. I mostly do modern. Can you guys point me to some photos? Thanks JDM

Well I don't have much reference on the engines ..I do know most german engines were very plain and were painted in a semi gloss black...hope this helps a bit.

Try AFV Interiors. On the last page of the PzIII section there are some shots of the same type of engine, all be it in a Stug III.
