I just saw this on WW2 model maker site, and it is massive once you look at all of the pics. http://www.ww2modelmaker.com/modelpages/ANthebridge.htm

Whoa!
truly impressive...I didn't realize how big it really was until I saw the last picture with the bridge and water and the tower and outcropping buildings.
Truly, truly sad, though is that I read in one of the comments from the creator that it accidentally was destroyed.
Sounded like a glass case (he used the word vitrine) that he had it in for exhibition, collapsed twice and damaged it beyond repair.

What I love about this dio is that it is actually worth a closer look. every detail was very well taken care of to look at its best, which gives it this very realistic look.

And only 5 photographs left of this masterpiece. This has to be one of the finest dios I have seen.

this is truely well done the realism of the dio is great it look like professional work.
if the story about the glas is true it is trhen a real shame, the builder might have a couple of depressed days. He have gave a lot of days to make this great dio as it is. Truely impressive

Wow...(pause to mop up drool). Size and Detail in one package. That's like having car with a speed of a jet but with the fuel economy of a motorcycle. I hope our kind editor puts these photos somewhere on Amorama as a source of inspiration.
Many thanks FiveOdeuce for sharing them.

Well this dio cutted in pieces could be a real study in dioramas. Simply fantastic and if its destroyed i am really sad about it. Unbelievably great amounts of work and details and everything . i wish some day i could do something like that.

my actions when i saw this
*stared in awe for about 20 seconds*
*dropped jaw*
*said "holy crap (not with crap though) thats a damn good model"*
*immediatley clicked on the other images*
*realized i was jealous, so i closed the web page*
haha :-)
but yes, it is truly a beautiful, splenduperous model, its people like that guy who keep this hobby going, and are able to really show the beauty of the model through their time, hardwork, and finished product.
