I an looking for some pics of the SS BRIGADE preferable near the time ,or thoes
at the KIRSK battle. I saw a painted picture that had the tigers either in black,orsuper dark
grey. with only the tank number and the swasticka on the sides of the turret

Maybe you should try Tiger at Eastern Front for the pictures. It should be dark gray instead of black. As far as I know there is no black panzers. Maybe I am wrong. If you don't have this book, let me know, I see if I can scan some pictures for you. Which SS Tiger formation, you are looking at?

not sure where the picture was from i would like to have a few more references
before i start,my first tiger.

The book Tiger I on Eastern Front has great pictures for SS Tigers, basicly you got your 1st SSLAH, Das Reich, Totenkopf, I have this book, if you want to have some pictures, you can PM me with your address, I can photo copy some and send to you by mail, or scan some and send via email. If you are making Tamiya's early Tiger, the decal inside is for Das Reich Tiger S33, and there are a couple pictures for S33 in this book. Let me know what I can do to help you.
