Hi Shonen

Like most beginners at Para-Gliding, I did a few good impersonations of a large sack of potatoes being dragged around a field by a runaway spinnaker!

Actually, I was delighted to discover how effective the padding and crash helmet are...

Still, it's good to be back on terra firma.
