If you want to be a slave to historical accuracy, then probably not (definitely not within the timeframe you suggest). To the best of my knowledge, there is no direct evidence of the Panther F ever seeing combat. Some may have been completed at the end of April '45, but even that is in dispute. Also, I had no idea that the F was meant to have steel wheels, but I'm nowhere near an expert on the vehicle.
Edited to add: A quick glance at Auchtung Panzer revealed that it was intended to have steel wheels, so I got that part wrong. See, I told you I'm no expert. Although the site did corroborate the rest of my post.

Man, missed that. And I usually pick up the gutter-related items right off. I must be slipping.

If you want to make a dio featuring those two vehicles, the timeframe you mentioned, as pointed out above, will be impossible.

The Panther F was never taken into production, although rumours persist that a few prototypes may have fought in the battle of Berlin. That would be a nice idea for a dio. Imagine a shattered city, with these two tanks crawling through the rubble. Something like that.

So do a little improbable history if you like...if not then pull out a venerable Panther G kit. Sounds like a really great diorama plan and I would love to see it.
