What would be a good color to add to red brown for dry brushing? I know you normally add white, but wouldn't it turn into a pinkish color? One of these days I'm gonna build the Wespe from Tamiya and using the red brown as the camo color

Well first i'd go ahead and try the white if that dosent work . . . . . I'm gonna get my color wheel.
O.k. add a dark yellow 50/50 , If its still too dark then add the white . I hope that dose the trick , But defenetly mix a type of khaki, light beige , or dunkelgelb whith the white first, dont just add white , by what I see it will get kind of pinkish. good luck to ya'
