Hi!

Im interested in buying the above mentioned turret but I wan't to know if it's accurate. By the looks of the pictures on Legends webpage, the extra armour on the turret front seems missing. Does anyone know? It looks like the "baz" sighting system is installed and all the other features sem accurate but extra input here would be nice.

Sincerely
Håkan

Ok, thats fine. Then I'll postpone the decision whether to add the armour or not. How about the rest. Does it look accurate. Haven't read any reviews of it yet so any input would be nice.

Hi All

The Merkava MKIII series of vehicles that are currently being release by Legend are very good models.

They are available as sperate turrets, then conversions sets with the turret, side skirts and rear hull baskets, and just this week they released a Merkava MK III C/D upper hull and steel road wheels, to allow modellers with their earlier turrets to build a very detailed model.

The early Merkava MK III turret, where built with out the add on armour, this is only fitted when the current threat level indicates there may be a danger from over head fire, IE in built up areas. So the Legend turrets are correct with out over head armour for some areas. However the are planning to release a turret with the roof armour next month (Oct).

Also released this month is the Merkava MKIIID conversion kit with new uparmoured turret, upper hull, side skirts, rear baskets, steel wheel etc. for £49.99 in the UK.

I am hoping to have a display modelwith me at Euro this weekend in Folkestone.

I hope this Helps
