should have said last week but Italeri's landing craft is out in the UK price £33gbp you also get the 6 omaha dragon figures with it as well as the landing craft crew the Italeri figs look too big compared to the draon figures in height and width. As for the craft itself no PE with it and comparing the hul with the trumpeter one it's a bit shallow although length wise it's fine the front looks a little different to trumpeters as well sadly couldnt see if parts fitted as they were still in their respective wrappers but its your call as trumpeters kit is £40 with no figures or italeri's for £33

Davy-- the price seem comparable to the US cost. I have the Lindberg 1/35 model of the LCVP. Nice but required a great deal of fill and modification. I trust this Italeri effort will be better, but I am wondering why they did not put PE in her since this is becoming almost an industry standard.

DJ, the Italeri kit is an LCM Mk III, basically a giant LCVP that can hold a Sherman tank. Not the same vessel.
