Started on my M26 Pershing for the Remember Korea campaign. Got the lower hull together and started on the AFV Club tracks. After breaking the centre pins on 5 links trying to get the teeth to clip in, and spending about an hour without getting even one of the end connectors on; I've given up and gone back to the kit tracks.Got some flak as well for teaching even our two teenagers some new words.
Anybody else actually managed to get these things together?
Anybody wanna swap some part (about 10 links, centre teeth only on the links) assembled AFV Club T80E1tracks for anything?

Hiya Dave,
I may (time permitting) be able to get my M46 for that campaing done ... I have made the same experiences and after breaking a few of the links I have started drilling out each and every one of the center guides ... after weekends of work I have half a track assembled. The M26/ M46 tracks are old products of AFV Club and not really up to their currents standards. They should retool them. Baseline is: If you don't want to end up just don't buy them ...
