What is teh usual interior cabin colour of an opel truck circa 1944?

If it was manufactured later than Feb '43, most likely Dark Yellow. Before that , it may still be in Panzer Grey, even if the outside has been repainted Dark Yellow (I presume you mean the drivers cab, not the house bodys).
